REFUND POLICY

tamequipment.com has the authority to decline return requests for items that are sent beyond a specific timeframe or in a condition that differs from their state when shipped. Should you want to return several items (which may come from different orders), it’s permissible to send them all in a single box. A key point to note: every return form must be included. Without these forms, the processing of refunds will not be accurate.​

Only original products that are in their original packaging and remain undamaged will be accepted for return by tamequipment.com.​

Upon receiving your return in satisfactory condition, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and connected to the email address you provided. It’s important to be aware that credit card refunds are always dependent on the credit card issuer. Returns and refunds might also take a bit longer than normal.​
